We built Eagle Hill Homes because we experienced that frustration ourselves. The Eagle Hill Standard is our answer to it: a defined, transparent, personally managed process that gives you clarity at every stage.

Discovery & Vision

We begin with a complimentary consultation, either in person or by phone. We listen first. We ask the questions most contractors don't. What does the finished space need to feel like? How do you live in this home? What has held you back until now?

If we both feel excited to move forward, we will move into the Pre-Construction & Design Process

What you receive: A clear understanding of your project scope and whether we're the right fit.

Design & Pre-Construction Planning

We now move into the Pre-Construction Phase. This phase is not just paperwork, it’s where we lay the groundwork for a successful, stress-free build.

  • You’ll work with our team through three architectural phases:

    • Due Diligence & Existing Conditions

    • Schematic Design with Revisions (2D & 3D)

    • Technical Documentation & Engineering

  • We handle everything from structural plans and energy compliance to city permits and regulatory coordination.

  • Our in-house designer helps source finishes and materials aligned with your style and budget, presenting curated options to streamline decision-making.

This process is what separates “luck”, from knowing that we will have a successful project. This is a complete planning system that allows us to finalize every single detail, prior to signing a contract and swinging a hammer.

This is the largest benefit of design build, and working with us. We will work with you through every thought, and budget item. We will then sign a fixed-price contract, because we have finalized all of our decisions.

Scope of Work & Budget Creation

We will now begin finalizing your budget.

Despite what some may tell you, your budget is not static. We adapt and refine it with every design decision and real-time market update. You’ll be kept in the loop with clear communications and will approve any changes before they’re implemented.

What you receive: A final budget that makes sense. Detailed, including all of the decisions you have made throughout the process. Every scope of work clearly defined, every selection, down to the hinges on your doors.

Construction & Weekly Updates

Our in-house team manages the build. Your Project Manager is always reachable, always informed. During active construction, you will receive 3-4 updates throughout the week inside your Client Portal, along with one Weekly Recap on Friday’s that includes photos, videos and progress notes. You will never have to wonder what's happening, you have our word for it.

What you receive: Complete transparency. Every week, every milestone, every change communicated proactively.

Final Walkthrough & Delivery

We walk every inch of the finished project together before we call it done. Punch list completed. Every detail reviewed. Your home is delivered the way you imagined it, not 'close enough.'

What you receive: A home you're proud to walk into every day. And a team you can call if you ever need us again.
