• Initial Inquiry

You reach out to us regarding your project via our website form and you will be sent a link to book a 15 minute phone call to discuss the overall scope of your desired project.

  • Initial Walk Through

After the project call, we will send you a link to book time for our first walkthrough. This walkthrough will be about 1 hour and we ask you have your design/layout ideas ready at this time.

  • Initial Budget

We will send you a rough indication of the cost of the proposed project as discussed at the Initial Walk Through. This budget will not include any materials such as cabinets, countertop, flooring, tile etc. This budget will be a range. If the initial budget is approved, we move forward to the Design Agreement.

  • Design Agreement

At this point you will be provided a design agreement that states Eagle Hill Homes will arrange for another visit with our licensed architect to create the permit drawings and solidify the scope of work. At the time of signing this agreement a design fee is collected which covers pre-construction costs including drawings, permits, pre-construction material sourcing and any other documents that must be drafted for city submission. (Typically 5-7% of the project budget).

  • Create Your Space

We will then ask you to send us any and all inspiration photos of what you want your new space to look like. Chances are, you’ve been dreaming up this space for quite sometime, and this is when we start to bring your vision to life!

From there, our team works tirelessly to source several design options based on your design style, for your new space. From cabinets, to countertops to lighting, hardware, tile- you name it.

  • Design Meeting

We then invite you in to our office for our official Design Meeting! This meeting typically is about 3-4 hours and this is when we present you with selection options for each and every design material in your project based on your personal style and aesthetic. The selection you choose, and its corresponding price will be added to your running project cost. (Note: 3D renderings are available for an additional price).

  • Scope Of Work

We do not move to the next phase until the drawings, selections and design is approved. With the completed drawings, and approved 3D renderings (if applicable), we then finalize a detailed scope of work that outlines the roadmap for the proposed project. We work with local subcontractors to provide us with initial quotes for pricing, as well as our own in-house team.

  • Final Budget

Once the scope of work is finalized, and all final design selections made, we present you with the final contract and final project cost. Upon the signing of the contract, a deposit will be collected. Once permits have been approved by the city (submitted by Eagle Hill on client’s behalf) we will then commence construction on the date stipulated in the contract.

  • Construction

Throughout the project, we will communicate with you via our client portal. This portal contains everything specific to your project. Your contract, your design selections, any change orders made, the schedule of your project, and much more. This can be accessed on a mobile app on your cell phone, or via a desktop.

We pride ourselves on communication and you will be updated multiple times per week on the progress of the construction (with picture of course!) via our “Daily Logs.” You are able to ask questions, send comments and message, make payments, approve or decline change orders and more!

  • Post-Construction

As part of our services, once the project is completed, we bring in our team of post-construction cleaners to ensure your space is free of any construction dust/dirt and ready for you and your family to enjoy.
