The Eagle Hill Standard

Success doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because of process.

Most renovation experiences feel like a black box. You describe what you want, sign a contract, and then spend months wondering what's happening, and why the number keeps changing.

We built Eagle Hill Homes because we experienced that frustration ourselves. The Eagle Hill Standard is our answer to it: a defined, transparent, personally managed process that gives you clarity at every stage.

01

Discovery & Vision

Every project begins with a no-pressure video call. We'll learn about your project, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and walk you through how we work. This conversation helps us determine whether Eagle Hill Homes is the right fit for your project—and whether we're the right fit for each other.

02

On-Site Project Consultation

If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule a one-hour consultation at your home. The purpose of the Initial Project Consultation is to gather the information needed to properly understand your project and determine the appropriate level of planning required. During this one-hour meeting, we'll evaluate your home, discuss your goals, priorities, budget, and timeline, and answer any questions you may have.

Following the consultation, you'll receive a customized Pre-Construction Agreement outlining the recommended phases for your project, along with the investment required for each. Because every home and project is unique, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing for our pre-construction services.

Already have architectural plans? Instead of an on-site consultation, we offer a $250 Preliminary Investment Assessment (PIA) where we review your plans, provide a preliminary construction investment range, and outline the next steps.

04

Blueprint Phase

This is where ideas begin to take shape.

We'll perform a LIDAR scan of your home, document existing conditions, develop schematic floor plans, explore layout options, create preliminary 3D renderings, and define a clear Scope of Work.

By the end of this phase, you'll have a realistic investment range, a clear project direction, and the confidence to decide whether you'd like to continue into Design & Planning.

There is no obligation to move forward after the Blueprint Phase.

The investment for the Blueprint Phase is customized based on the size, complexity, and scope of your project. Whether you're remodeling a single space or reimagining your entire home, we tailor this phase to provide the planning needed to confidently establish a project direction and realistic investment range.

03

Design & Planning

Once you've approved the overall direction, we move into the detailed planning phase.

Together, we'll finalize the architectural plans, coordinate engineering, guide you through every finish and material selection, obtain final pricing, and fully develop every detail of the project.

By the end of this phase, you'll receive a comprehensive Construction Agreement with a fixed construction price—so you know exactly what your project includes before construction begins.

The Design & Planning Phase is also customized to the specific needs of your project. The investment reflects the level of coordination, design development, engineering, selections, budgeting, and planning required to produce a fully developed construction package and fixed construction price.

04

Active Construction

With every detail planned, priced, and approved, construction begins.

Because the design, selections, and pricing have already been completed, our projects run more efficiently, communication is clearer, and unexpected surprises are significantly reduced.

05

Final Walkthrough & Delivery

We walk every inch of the finished project together before we call it done. Punch list completed. Every detail reviewed. Your home is delivered the way you imagined it, not 'close enough.'

A home you're proud to walk into every day. And a team you can call if you ever need us again.

Our WHY

Often builders provide an estimate before the project has been fully designed. We believe the opposite approach leads to a better experience.

By investing time in planning first, we're able to align your vision with your budget, make informed design decisions, and provide a fixed construction price before work begins. It takes a little more time upfront, but it creates a smoother build and a much more predictable outcome.
